We’re glad to announce that starting from August 4 all the contents and services of Sematic and Wittur website will be merged into Wittur.com
We have decided to create a single entry point for all Sematic and Wittur website users at Wittur.com in order to facilitate the access to news, projects, products information, documents, contact details (and much more) of the new Wittur Group, shaped after the merge between Wittur and Sematic.

Wittur introduces patented split housing gearless for the modernization of high rise lifts



Wittur Electric Drives GmbH announced today the launch of the WGG 29, a new traction machine for the modernization of high rise lifts. This new synchronous high-efficiency gearless drive offers outstanding performances, with a max. load of 5000 kg and a max speed of 5 m/s (with 2:1 rope arrangement).
A breakthrough innovation introduced by the WGG 29 is its split housing design, which delivers a perfect solution for the easy replacement of high rise lift machines when space and accessibility to machine room are limited. When disassembled, WGG 29 can be moved through a standard door of 800 mm width.
