Wittur overspeed governors can cover a broad range of rated loads and speeds and can be applied both to machine roomless and traditional installations. Our overspeed governors can be engaged at any point along perimeter of pulley and assure high life time due to limited pulley wear.

Car slings

Wittur offers a wide range of car and counterweight frames. Modularly conceived, these components are very flexible in terms of rated load, height and width. The wide range of accessories includes safety gears, suspension pulleys, compensation chain and travelling cable hangers, allowing configurations suitable for different shaft layouts, lift designs and rated speeds. Wittur can also supply special frames for tailored projects.

Wittur UCM Solutions

According to EN81-1/2 A3 and EN81-21 A1 (new lifts in existing buildings), new lifts installed after January 1st 2012 must be equipped with a system to prevent a car moving away from the floor with the landing door not in the locked position and the car door not in the closed position.
A UCM solution can be certified as a system (type examination certificate) or composed by tested components.
The UCM unit shall detect unintended movement of the car, shall cause the car to stop and keep it stopped.

Compact door for new and existing lift installations in reduced spaces

Compact
C-MOD delivers good performance in a small package (117 mm bottom track package for 2-panels central opening). C-MOD is also available in a version with reduced height for installations in reduced spaces

Wide range of Executions
C-Mod is available with 2, 3, 4 panels, central and side opening, in framed and frameless executions, with hidden sill or heated sill for flexible installations in the shaft or on the landing floor

Certifications
C-MOD is designed for EN 81 20/50 and available in fire-rated
EN 81-58 and vandal resistant EN 81-71 execution; C-MOD is suitable for installation of elevators subject to seismic conditions according to EN 81-77

Easy coupling with swing landing doors
C-MOD car door can be coupled with manual landing doors with restrictor for full EN 81 - 20/50 compliance

Wide range of finishes
Besides stainless steel cladded and painted steel finishes, C-MOD is also available with full glass and framed glass panels

Existing doors compatibility kits
C-MOD is used in standard Wittur door modernization packages for a selection of OEM’s doors: quick and easy modernization, no on-site adaptation required

C-MOD car door is available with SDS door drive or with Wittur ECO+ permanent magnet synchronous motor, offering high energy efficiency and reliability, 0 Watt stand-by mode, and optional CANbus connection for smart remote
