WITTUR GLSG-22U is an innovative safety gear, compliant with requirements of EN 81-20/50:2014. Electro-mechanical activation offers very short reaction time and easy synchronization between installed units. Combined with a magnetic strip-based absolute positioning system including safe electronic actuation, it does not require a conventional overspeed governor and its tension weight: fewer components in the shaft and more space for the cabin.

HSG - HSK





HSG-HSK allows to comply with EN81 rules even when the space in the pit or in the headroom would be too narrow to grant service man's safety.

WLWD




WLWD measures the load in the car.

WLWD is assembled below the car and it is suitable for new lift.

  • Designed for Wittur car frame series WCF and WLF
  • Standard supply voltage is 24 VDC
  • The outputs are either 24V open collector switching (empty, full load, over load) and also voltage (from -10 to +10V) and current outputs (from 0 to 20 mA)

WLWD-M




WLWM measures the load in the car.

WLWM is installed on the car frame top beam, and therefore is a perfect solution for modernization.

  • The normal supply voltage is 24 VDC

Safety gear for ascending car overspeed protection

WGRB04




The WGRB04 is a guide rail braking system used as ascending car overspeed protection. It acts on the car guide rail and reduces the car speed according to the standard EN81-1:1998 chapter 9.10.
The braking force is limited by a disc spring loaded counterwedge. If the breaking force turns to high, the disc springs will be compressed and therefore the breaking force is limited.
The adjustment is carried out and sealed in the factory according to the load and rail conditions.
