According to EN81-1/2 A3 and EN81-21 A1 (new lifts in existing buildings), new lifts installed after January 1st 2012 must be equipped with a system to prevent a car moving away from the floor with the landing door not in the locked position and the car door not in the closed position.

Indirect cylinders
Cylinders for indirect 2:1 or 4:1 lift applications, which offer the maximum flexibility in the field of hydraulic driven lifts. A very simple structure accounts for a very high operational reliability.

- A chrome finishing for the rod is available as option to protect it from wear and tear and oxidation
- Produced exclusively using non-welded rod tube
- Also available in a version with double protection layer
- Tested for use with environment-friendly biodegradable oils

Cylinders for direct 1:1 lift applications, particularly suitable for short travels and heavy loads. A very simple structure accounts for a very high operational reliability.
They are supplied complete with basement support plate and upper oscillating plate according to Wittur Hydraulic Drives standard dimensions.

Telescopic cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders for both direct and indirect lift applications.
A telescopic structure in 2 or 3 sections accounts for side footprint and height reduction inside the shaft. Expensive excavation works can thus be avoided.
