Robust current trading leads to record YTD revenue of EUR 393.6 million and EBITDA Adjusted of EUR 58.8 million as of August 2015

Wiedenzhausen, September 30, 2015 – The Wittur Group (ISIN: XS1188024548, XS11880254382014) has maintained its strong operating performance in the current fiscal year. On the back of a continuing solid Asian business as well as good growth in Europe, the Group achieved record levels for both LTM (last twelve months) and YTD (year to date) revenue and earnings as of August 2015. YTD revenue stood at EUR 393.6 million as of August 2015, up 17.5% over the comparable prior year period. LTM revenue amounted to EUR 580.6 million as of August 2015. YTD EBITDA Adjusted reached EUR 58.8 million as of August 2015 which represents an increase of 17.5% over EBITDA Adjusted as of August 2014. LTM EBITDA Adjusted as of August 2015 totaled EUR 84.4 million.
