On December 19, 2017, Wittur was among the key speakers at the 3rd edition of the conference “Oltre il  quadrato  e la X – L’ascensore in  architettura ” (Elevators in architecture) organized by the IUAV in Venice (Italy).

The event focused on analyzing the role of elevators in architecture by presenting interesting projects in which the integration of elevator/building represented a significant technical and design challenge.On December 19, Wittur will be among the key speakers at the 3rd edition of the conference “Oltre il  quadrato  e la X – L’ascensore in  architettura ” (Elevators in architecture) organized by the IUAV in Venice (Italy).

During the National Productivity Forum of Slovak Republic (October 11-12, Zilina), Wittur Slovakia won the "National Award of Productivity 2016" in the category of small / mid-size company.
The event saw the participation of key personalities from the national industrial and academic communities, who discussed and shared knowledge, achievements, future trends and methods in the field of productivity and its growth.
The Award was handed over by a representative of the Ministry of Industry and Economics to Mr. Miroslav Pernis, our Corporate Industrialization Manager.

Wittur was present at E2 Forum LAB, a multi-disciplinary technical conference in Milan on June 27, 2017 to explore the current status and the specific requirements of elevators in countries with high seismic risk.
Ideas and solutions for the proper design and management of the complex interface between the building and the vertical transportation systems in this demanding environment were presented and discussed in front of 164 attendees including special guests from abroad.
