​Patrik Wohlhauser (1964) was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Wittur in April 2016 when he joined the Group as part of the Executive Management Board. Before joining Wittur, Patrik worked for Evonik and several companies of the Group for more than a decade. He joined the Board of Evonik Industries AG in 2011 and took on responsibility for the chemical operations as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Prior to his appointment to the Board, Mr. Wohlhauser held various roles within the Group, serving as Head of Construction Systems Europe and Head of the Exclusive Synthesis & Catalysts Business Unit. Before his time at Evonik, Mr. Wohlhauser worked for Sandoz International AG as well as MBT Schweiz AG. 

Sergio Biglino is Executive Vice President for Key Accounts, Marketing and India within the Wittur Group. He joined Wittur in September 2004 as Managing Director, responsible for operations in Italy.  Prior to joining Wittur, Sergio worked for mid-sized Italian companies in the electric machine components business. Holding various positions in sales, marketing, technology and quality, Sergio was able to widen his horizon in different fields and gain extensive knowledge which led him to be in charge of M&A projects, plant management and finally general management. As well as his extensive experience, Sergio holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Genoa, Italy. Within Wittur, he became a member of the Executive Management Team in 2005 and took over responsibility for Group Sales & Marketing in 2009. In line with the new Group strategy, Sergio took full regional responsibility for Asia Pacific from 2011 until 2016.  Sergio was born in November 1954 in Genoa, Italy.

Roger Campbell joined the Wittur Group on 27th April, 2015 as Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Member of the Executive Management Team and is located at the Group’s headquarters in Wiedenzhausen, Germany. Roger graduated from the University of Manchester, England with a BSC Hons in European Studies.  He has a wealth of international experience which he acquired during the last twenty years by travelling internationally in the execution of his roles. Roger held key HR leadership positions within major corporations including the Danaher Group, Tektronix Inc., ACCO Brands Inc., Kidde Fire and Otis Elevators. Prior to joining the Wittur Group in April he was engaged as the Global HR Operations Director at GKN Land Systems. Roger was born in the United Kingdom and currently lives in Stratford-upon-Avon, England.

Shaohua Li joined the Wittur Group in January 2013 as Managing Director of Wittur China and became Member of the Executive Management Team in July 2015.  Shaohua joined GE in 1995 and rotated through several positions among others with responsibility for field service, sourcing management, quality and logistics as well as plant management positions. Starting from 2003, Shaohua has assumed P&L roles in automotive component business for different companies for instance Honeywell, Eaton, and Lear. Prior joining Wittur, he was the president of AGC Automotive China. Shaohua holds an engineering bachelor degree from Zhejiang University and EMBA from CEIBS. Shaohua is currently located in Suzhou, China and is in charge of the Asia business, daily operations and organizational developments within Wittur in Asia.

Miguel Marcos joined the Wittur Group on 1st May, 2012 as Corporate Purchasing Director. In 2013, he took over the addition responsibility for logistics, combining both functions into the corporate role of Supply Chain. In the following year he became a member of the Executive Management Team and extended the supply chain umbrella by adding the supplier development function. In February 2015 Miguel took over the leadership of four manufacturing plants in Europe: Austria, Spain, Italy and Slovakia. In June 2016 he took on responsibility of QHSE, Operational Excellence, Investment and Manufacturing Engineering as Executive Vice President Operations. Prior to joining the Wittur Group Miguel spent most of his professional career in the automotive industry, being active both on a global scale in Europe and the United States, and in different fields such as engineering, project management, operations and purchasing. Miguel is an Industrial Engineering and MBA graduate who was born in Zamora, Spain and is currently located in Parma, Italy. 

Hartmut Liebig, Managing Director of Liftmaterial, joined the Wittur Group in April 2016, after the acquisition of the Sematic Group, and became member of the Executive Management Team within the Wittur Group as Executive Vice President for Systems and Technology, Hartmut is also accountable for the Complete Systems business as Global Head of Complete Systems. He started his career in the elevator business after his graduation as a mechanical engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Münster/Steinfurt. He held several positions as technical manager and managing director in the elevator industry, always focusing on global business development within the systems business. In 2002, he joined LM Liftmaterial as CEO and in addition, in 2015, he became Member of the Management Team of the Sematic Group, globally responsible for Innovation & Product. Currently, Hartmut is located in Pliening, Germany at the office of LM Liftmaterial GmbH.

Giorgio Scarabello joined the Wittur Group in April 2016, after the acquisition of the Sematic Group, as Managing Director Americas and Member of the Executive Management Team. Prior to joining the Wittur Group, Giorgio was engaged as Managing Director for Sematic China in Suzhou and Changshu from 2009 till 2014. He was then relocated to Sematic USA where he was responsible for operations and sales of the in US and Mexican business. Giorgio started his education with an apprenticeship as an electronic constructor and graduated later as an electronic engineer in Switzerland. He held several positions as sales and plant manager in the cement industry on an international scale before joining the elevator industry. Throughout his former positions, Giorgio gained experience in lean manufacturing, project management, operations and sales. As Managing Director Americas, Giorgio is located at the office of Sematic USA in Twinsburg, US.

Ahmet Kanbolat joined the Wittur Group in April 2016 as Managing Director for Eurasia Member of the Executive Management Team. Before joining the Wittur Group, Ahmet held a number of senior leadership roles, more recently as General Manager for Kocaer Haddecilik and prior to this as General Manager and Member of the Board for Olgun Celik, an automotive supplier in Izmir, Turkey. Earlier in his career he spent ten years with Ford in various roles throughout Europe and the US. Ahmet holds two degrees in Engineering and successfully completed the Stanford Business Executive Program in 2013. Currently Ahmet is located in Istanbul, Turkey and is in charge of the business in Eurasia as well as of daily operations and organizational developments within Wittur Turkey.

Geoffroy Durandet joined the Wittur Group in September 2016 as Managing Director for Europe and is member of the Executive Management Team.   Geoffroy is academically well-equipped and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Centrale-Supelec in France as well as a MBA from Harvard Business School in the USA.   Prior to joining the Wittur Group, Geoffroy Durandet worked for UTC at OTIS, where he held a number of senior positions over the last eleven years as Managing Director for OTIS in Luxembourg, Canada, UK & Republic of Ireland, Central Europe and, most recently, as Managing Director and Vice President of OTIS France. Previously he worked for McKinsey&Company in the US and with Suez in a business development role.   Currently Geoffroy is located in Wiedenzhausen, Germany and is responsible for European Sales and Operations and to drive Wittur growth and performance on the European continent.
